• 7:45 a.m. Coaches Meeting

• 8:00 a.m. Registration Open for 1st event check-in

• 8:15 a.m. Opening Ceremony / Introductions by host

• 8:45 a.m. Back to Club area for meeting

• 9:00 a.m. First race of the Day Starts

• Mid-Day Distribution of Keiki Event Awards

• End of the day Overall Award Point Trophy Presentation for the day
